QUESTIONS?

Who is the Elite Mindset  Program for?

The P3 Elite Mindset Program is for athletes 13 and older who want to improve their mental toughness within any sport. During these group sessions, athletes spend time learning from Olympic experience as well as from each other. They discuss and implement topics such as "What is a growth mindset?", "What are my fears and how can I face them?", and "What habits can help me improve my game?".

Athletes will walk away from each session with specific mental strength tools to implement and practice. The athletes will then be held accountable for their efforts as each following session will include time to discuss the results of their intentional mindset training over the past weeks.
